- Some technicians are independent of the salon; their pricing and times differ according to their own schedules.
- All of our technicians use the utmost quality products available in fine salons.
- We do not give any exchanges or monetary refunds for returns.
- ALL SALES FINAL. RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY.
- A restocking fee may be assessed to the client.
- All sales are final on our boutique and sale items.
- Confirmation calls are done as a courtesy. We appreciate your confirmation when you receive the text or email confirming your appointment. Should you need to change your appointment, please call the salon — do not email or text back through the system.
- If you do not want to receive a text or email regarding your appointments, you must opt out.
- There is a 12-hour cancellation policy. You may be charged a $25 cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment.
- No-show appointments and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
- If you do not have a credit card on file, we will require payment before you can schedule your next appointment.
- Cash is always appreciated; most of us take Visa or MasterCard. Checks may be accepted, but check with your technician if you have questions.
- There is a $50 fee for returned checks.
- Any charges that are disputed must be done within 3 days of the service. (This does not guarantee a monetary refund.)
- Quoted prices are subject to change — including but not limited to the length, thickness, underlying tone, prior enhancements, or technician.
- We gladly perform children’s services; however, if your child does not have an appointment, please arrange child care.
- Our pricing is à la carte, and you may be charged per service.
- No double-dipping on discounts. One discount per service.
- Salon Nevaeh and each of its technicians have the right to refuse any service.
- Salon Nevaeh reserves the right to amend and update policies at any time.
- Salon Nevaeh is not liable for any services rendered by independent contractors.
- Gift certificates and checks are not redeemable past their expiration date.
- Packages expire 3, 6, or 12 months after the purchase date depending on how many services were purchased. If the technician or service provider is no longer employed or a tenant at Salon Nevaeh, the package becomes a gift certificate and expires 3, 6, or 12 months from the expiration date. No monetary refunds on packages.
- Notify your stylist or technician of any medications you are taking prior to any service.
- If you have any of the following symptoms, you must reschedule and do not come into the salon: Fever, Fatigue, Dry or Hacky Cough, Difficulty Breathing.
